Acción de caminar por afuera del Congreso de los Diputados localizado en Madrid. El recorrido comienza en el frontis del edificio y termina en el mismo lugar. Durante el tránsito, en ningún momento se pierde la mirada focalizada en los muros del recinto; es la mirada del transeúnte, de quién no tiene acceso a este espacio comandado por el poder.
Este inmueble alberga un sistema falsamente abierto, donde la única participación “activa” es la delegación de ideas y decisiones a la clase política.
La obra es una forma de apuntar a este tipo de instituciones que, en su propia conformación, hacen visible la nula realidad de un cambio estructural esencial y que plantean, al mismo tiempo, la inmovilidad y la sustentación de la autoridad, el fascismo y la ilusión democrática como su base.

​This act of walking around the outside of the Congress of Deputies building in Madrid begins at the front façade and ends at the same point. Throughout the route, the gaze never strays from the walls of the building; it is the gaze of the passerby, of someone who does not have access to this space governed by power.

This building houses a system that is falsely open, where the only “active” participation is the delegation of ideas and decisions to the political class.

The action is a way of pointing to these types of institutions which, in their very structure, make visible the absence of any real, essential structural change, while simultaneously upholding immobility and sustaining authority, fascism, and the illusion of democracy as their foundation.
